This company is poorly managed from the top. They will hire and let you go without regard, whether you have been there three weeks or since the launch in Nov 21. Pay is low. They told employees they would pay for their health insurance, which was a selling point for people to join. That ended after the first year. Senior management is not trustworthy and claim to be "people first." They are people first if those people are senior management.
