They try to work you to death, and fire you if you won't agree to work shifts like 8am-12am regularly. I was exposed to a verified positive COVID case, (my live in partner), notified the area manager that I had to be out of work for 5 days (per CDC guidelines) and was told If I did not show up, I would be terminated. They make a big deal about how they care about your safety, and it's all about safety, but I was forced to choose between exposing my coworkers, and customers, to COVID, or lose my job. They find people who may not have many options and exploit them.
