Pros
The core products and field service are very good. Perhaps too much emphasis on service.
Cons
Those below the c-suites and above regional managers are inept, never being in sales themselves, or medical industry, they make awful choices in company direction and product advancement. Certainly marketing, sales operations offer numbers to cover themselves and shield the opinions of a very experienced sales and service teams. Have lost many GPO contracts and continue to elevate expectations to the field. There is obvious favoritism within the upper ranks.
