Pros
Company was great before the went public on the Swedish exchange. After that Getinge pretty much became run by the bean counters. Trying to maximize profit at the expense of product quality & at employees expense. It was truly unfortunate to see. I thought that Getinge would be the company I would retire from, but unfortunately between the bean counters & corporate politics it was not. I worked for 21 years with Getinge.
Cons
Corporate politics / mismanagement (not understand what the customer wants & actual needs). . Sales driven policies (short term thinking not long term goals), corporate greed!
