      Pros

      Most of the employees are genuine.

      Cons

      This company is completely disorganized from the inside out. Nepotism is everywhere. Leadership has no idea how to handle their business or speak to their teams. There is no room for growth, too many lies, and too much deceit for anyone to be happy or stable here.

      This company has to be one of the most team-workin-est orgs I have ever been a part of and I have been a part of some AMAZING teams in my career. GETIDA sets a tone of warmth, humanity and kindness during the interview and onboarding processes and they truly do care about their employees. I have felt: -Heard -Supported -Well Educated -Included I love it here and I'm growing the way that I should!

      Cons

      As with every great thing, there is a light burden. There is a steep learning curve so one can be overwhelmed in the beginning, BUT expectations are reachable and you will be supported.

      Great colleagues, really enjoyed my time getting to know them.

      Cons

      Private equity (SIB) destroyed this company. Took something good, holy, and beneficial for a ton of people and completely tanked it.
