      - Work life balance is fantastic. You work your hours and don't have to worry about taking stress or work home with you. - True startup experience with very experienced management team to assist (CEO is a sales guy at heart). - Base salary with high commission potential if you make your numbers. - Small enough of an office to get to know everyone around you.

      It's a startup, which means very small office.

      Pros

      I truly like this place. They believe in your ability here. They make you feel like no problem is to big to overcome. They teach you to just relax re analyze the problem and solve it. Great location as Downtown Palo Alto is very nice. Strong heater and Air conditioner. Overall its been great and I really can't complain. This company actually tries to keep there employees for as long as possible unlike other companies who could care less if you come and go.

      Cons

      Parking is bad but that's not the companies fault.
