- Was a great place to work with great people - Clear communication from the top down - Some interesting technological challenges with building distributed systems
Cons
- Some people in leadership should be dismissed for the way they treat others. For example dismissing loyal long time employees without valid reasons, or leaving new joiners feeling not so welcome with their attitude - Lots of inexperienced managers who struggle to represent their employees fairly in performance review cycles leading to lots of skilled ICs leaving - Many co-workers burned out by the lack of recognition and leaving
