Pros

During my time as a People & Culture Intern, I was entrusted with numerous opportunities to drive, lead, and refine processes within the P&C team. I also had the privilege of contributing to the company’s expansion into the Malaysian market, working closely with the COO to establish new P&C processes. I felt truly trusted and supported, with the autonomy to take ownership of projects, which made my six months there both impactful and transformative. Beyond my role in People & Culture, I was encouraged and given opportunities to explore my interests and curiosities in the solar industry through cross-department sharings. What stood out to me the most was the team’s openness and encouragement. Despite the fast-paced environment, people were always willing to help and share their expertise. The culture fostered two-way learning, where knowledge flowed both ways, rather than being limited to a top-down approach. The relatively linear management style made collaboration feel inclusive and allowed ideas to be shared freely. The team’s readiness to teach and share their knowledge created an environment where I felt valued and motivated to learn and contribute. Working with such a vibrant and dynamic team was an incredibly inspiring experience, and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunities and growth it provided. My internship was truly empowering and supported both my professional and personal growth.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

- Bosses give you a lot of opportunities to learn and grow if you push yourself and are proactive - Very young and vibrant culture, colleagues are all on the younger end (~late 20s-mid 30s), easy to exchange ideas and very open-minded - Super fast paced, will have to push yourself to make sure you're on par with everyone else's abilities & performance

Cons

- Can tend to feel overworked & overwhelmed - Difficult to get rest sometimes
