      Pros

      very flexible work schedule, no customer calls. Never a problem with getting paid, which was through direct deposit.

      Cons

      when I left the work was sporadic, I needed something more steady to count on. That being said, if you are looking for "extra" money, it was a good experience.

      Pros

      - Telecommute - Flexible - Understanding managers - Strong, competitive pay - no hassle for days off - easy projects and clients give the same pay even if there aren't edits

      Cons

      - zero room to move forward in your career - zero chance to become an employee with benefits - no benefits or paid time off ever - edits can be endless for no additional pay - rewrites for no additional pay - demanding clients must be appeased by phone - no choice to get problematic clients reassigned - no way to get a raise or feel like there's a future
