1yThank you for sharing your thoughts. Since you mention having an HRA, you must have worked in the call center. Given that many call center positions are seasonal due to fluctuating call volumes throughout the year, we wanted to ensure that call center staff have health assistance during their time with us. We've also found through market surveys that our pay is, in fact, quite competitive for the field. As far as both the staff advocacy and equipment you felt had safety hazards, we do have an open door policy and I hope you took the time to address your concerns during your time with us.
