Pros
You get to work with some really smart, dynamic people. Lots of room for someone with ideas on how to improve the call centers. Mountain View, CA based--if thats important to you. Every day has a new focus. This is a great environment for someone who is a problem solver.
Cons
Very little infrastructure in the call centers. Lack of leadership, direction and communication at all levels. SRM tools are poorly designed for the tele-sales agents. Little progress made in moving company to the next level in last 5 years. No outlets for moving up or sideways in your career. Lots of nepotism with silos built around key departments. Company just went through a layoff. If you are in sales, this is not the company for you.
