4yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I do hope you were able to speak with your manager during your time with the company. We have an open door policy and welcome feedback. I would add to this a contrary experience: Customer service is who I am so I enjoy getting to be in a position where I can coach others on how to have exceptional customer service, de-escalate, and solve issues. Leading the team to be victorious and strive for success while creating an atmosphere that makes people excited to come to work is a great experience.
