Pros
Engineers as a whole are quite competent and mostly easy to work with. The product management team is quite excellent. Modern tech stack.
Cons
Management and culture coming from execs/managers are not great. In fact, quite bad. Communication is not a focus in this company. Compensation is also quite below the market for many engineer roles.
