Pros

They don’t mind giving overtime There are some nice people here

So bottom line is, you gone have to kiss booty to get promoted here lol. Supervisors along with the team leads are messy, they talk about people I’ve noticed that the same 4 people get shouted out and recognized, cause they kissing tail to get to the top, also one of my managers said they do the job and run the job based off SPITE now idk about yall but everyone else laughed I was the only one like do you not know what spite means, it means you’ll cut ANYBODY head off to get to the top. Ok good to know. Also I’ve noticed it’s barely consumers calling it’s the team leads and them getting other members of the company and team to call acting like they are a customer and it’s so obvious, they have the same people ticketing the same people doing outbound campaigns just a lot of pick me energy in the work place but best believe I’m not waiting on no one to tell me I’m great I know I’m great at the job.
