Pros
I have so many good things to say about this company and the people that work for it. It's a warm, welcoming culture and the people that work here really enjoy what they do. Leadership trusts their employees and empowers them to be change agents. There is a genuine open door policy, and a no ego 'get'r done' teamwork mentality. Not to mention the office is beautiful (with an amazing view of the bay) and you just can't beat our daily catered lunches. I really feel like the company cares about the well-being of it's employees.
Cons
The company is no longer a baby startup, so we're in that awkward teenage stage learning how to put the needed processes in place to allow us to scale. We can't be as ad-hoc as we used to be and need to continue to think and act larger. I love our product, but we still have a ways to go to catch up with the demand of the market.
