Pros

The colleagues are understanding, and friendly and you can count on them any time.

Cons

There're not a lot of cons with GetBridge, but more with LTG. Since the company was acquired by LTG the list of cons is only growing. - Lot of saying, without any action - LTG management is beyond unprofessional - LTG essential services (like HR, Finance, etc.) are used by GetBridge, but these departments work like they are run by the most incapable people ever. For the same question asked by 3 different people, you definitely will get 3 totally different answers. And that's when you get any answers at all. - Almost no benefits, and when there are, they won't tell you what, how much, when, and even if they do, you can count on them doing something different than they communicated. - Usually, there's no communication about highly sensitive changes (personal, infrastructural, any topic), and when there is, usually not a lot of information is shared, and you can bet that even that won't be true by the end of the process. - LTG top management is making such business decisions that have a huge negative effect on the acquired company, and you cannot do anything about it. Sadly the list goes on and on.

Pros

Bridge has a great culture with tight knit teams. Workload is very manageable and new ideas are always encouraged. The new CEO has really helped to turn the business around and get us back into a growth phase.

Cons

Sometimes processes are unclear, which can be typical of a smaller company.
