      Decent pay Good co-workers Bonuses if you were salaried Decent PTO accural for salaried

      Cons

      Worked 60+ hours a week if salaried. Unable to take pto due to amount of work and lack of trained people to have coverage. No bonuses for hourly Poor benefits

      Pros

      Autonomy in working so long as you produce results. Excellent leaders in the company who are always willing to help. Great pay and opportunity for those willing to give 100%.
