Pros

I worked so hard for this company, Walked over 1,000 miles. I generated (on average) some of the best leads. I made other people a lot of money. When I became a consultant it was a slow, disorganized process where I was taught a small fragment of the information I needed to know, then had to cobble the rest together by myself. I was very much on my own with no sales support whatsoever. Other than weekly meetings for 4 months where management mostly just obsessed over what Edison was doing. The CEO and VP take the same commission you do from your sale, but seem to do very little but conduct these repetitive meetings. This inflates the price of the project. It's very much a male dominated culture as well. Not one single guy that I ever flipped a lead to EVER returned the favor. The 'first come first serve" policy for office leads seemed like a joke to me, as it rewards people who are just sitting around. I remember multiple times being out self generating leads while office leads were rewarded to those who responded fastest because they were just sitting on their phones. I only got one office lead the entire time I worked here. I was without a manager less than 60 days into being a new consultant. I struggled, and received no help. The only time anyone checked in on me was to ask how an attractive female lead generator did on her first day, and another time, to threaten to take my lead generator away. Sad. I regret all the sweat I poured out for this company.

Cons

It's a grind you're disposable solar is political with many forces trying to undermine it
