Pros
Although fully remote, staff have many opportunities to collaborate with other staff. Some folks have been with the company for years, and make themselves available to help train and answer questions. The remote work means you can work from just about anywhere, and still perform the duties of your job well. Requires self-discipline and good organizational skills, but relaxed environment makes that easy.
Cons
Being a small agency means staff perform multiple duties. Management can be unclear in direction, at times, often changing course without much preparation or warning. You must be resilient and willing to go with the flow.
