      Work from home People in office are nice

      Cons

      No incentives from leadership Managers do things behind your back Used to do team lunches and socials but now don't seem to want to Can be toxic Instead of hiring externally for roles they ask people to do multiple jobs without the extra pay

      Small, friendly company with lots of room for personal development

      Very busy, at times, like a start-up with multiple improvements being implemented at the same time.
