Frustrated - Assistant Manager Get It Now! Employee Review

Fun work environment, less stressful then most past jobs I’ve had.

Currently short staffed, and Needs more unique items

The manager when in store does an amazing job at keeping the employees at bay and busy. She really is the backbone of the store and is always on top of most situations. The store is kept neat and clean. The store does have flaws and is something she is trying to clean up

This store does not do any merit or demerits for either a good or bad job. Assistant manager and sales manager proceed to do what they want when the store manager is away at other stores doing extended work of her own job. The assistant manager only does her job when she really needs to, or when upper management comes down on the store manager.
