Joining GE has been a great decision for me. It's been energizing, and I genuinely enjoy the work, the community of people, and the momentum of the business. It's been a strong place to grow, contribute, and feel part of something meaningful.
Cons
If I had to offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it’s that the speed and volume of work can take a moment to adjust to. It isn’t a slowdown-and-wait environment. But once you find your rhythm, it becomes one of the parts of the job that keeps things exciting.
