Pros

-Most staff while working in clinics are amazing, friendly and supportive -cater to your specific needs inside+outside work -Benefits include free drips injections and therapies with a reasonable limit -calm slow paced environment -experience in health market and loads of knowledge on preventative and longevity treatments -pay is great -opportunities to develop are available

Cons

-For a company that has loads of sales you would expect adequate sick pay, no sick pay is very disappointing -Irregular hours and shift patterns, no incentives working on bank holidays or weekends such as higher pay -biggest red flag is no deep cleaning staff, it is a private clinic that should meet the highest standards of sanitation! Staff are not paid to deep clean and clinic has not been deep cleaned for years! Hire a deep cleaner -Paid breaks, 1.5hr break makes no sense -communication from management is a complete mess, they never communicate any big or small changes made by them which then impact us and our clients -Zero staff events/socials and no team building activities -commission scheme makes no sense for a business that identifies as a “health clinic”, we are always told to upsell everything even if clients dont need them! -benefits are rubbish, there is no creativity or originality behind it Management do not speak about concerns 1-1 with us asking for our opinions -management tolerate verbal abuse from clients, staff are not cared or look after in that sense -outdated protocols everywhere, extremely misleading information, certain protocols do not exist, staff are held accountable for non existent guidelines -all of which are mentioned above have been voiced to management yet they have ignored and brushed aside for years focusing on “bigger things” such as expanding the business and attracting more investors, ridiculous.

Pros

I have been here a few years now, and for a company this size it punches well above its weight. There is a real and growing people first and client first culture that you can feel day to day. The people are genuinely great, the vision is exciting, and everyone is approachable, right up to senior leadership. In the last few months in particular there has been a big investment in people development, which has made a real difference. If you want the energy and freedom of a startup, this is a great place to be.

Cons

It can be chaotic and fast paced, and priorities move quickly. That is the honest reality of a startup rather than a giant corporate, and it will not suit everyone. People sometimes join wanting the freedom and excitement of a startup with all the safety nets of a big corporate, and the truth is you cannot have both. If you come in knowing that, you will get a lot out of it.

Pros

Positive and Supportive Management Approach Management maintains a friendly, approachable, and supportive attitude towards staff. There is a positive working environment where employees feel comfortable communicating with leadership.

Cons

Continue Listening to Frontline Staff Frontline employees interact directly with clients and often have valuable insights into operational challenges and opportunities. Maintaining regular communication with staff and acting on their feedback can help improve both employee engagement and client experience.Introduce a Friends and Family Discount Programme A friends and family discount would align well with the company's vision of prevention and wellbeing. It would allow staff to share the benefits of the company's services with their loved ones. This initiative could increase brand awareness through positive word-of-mouth and help attract new clients while supporting the company's core values.
