I truly value the collaborative spirit and the sense of purpose here. Knowing that the medications we prepare are going to vulnerable populations in group homes makes every shift feel meaningful. The team is incredibly supportive, and there is always someone willing to lend a hand during our busiest hours.

I’d love to see more cross-training opportunities between departments. My advice to management is to continue investing in the latest automation technology to help our workflow stay as efficient as possible as we grow.
