Pros
Pay has been reduced the past couple of years but it is still competitive for the area. Overtime for salaried employees is rare. As long as you do your job and get decent results you do not need to work overtime.
Cons
Leadership does a poor job of identifying skill individual skill sets and putting them in the right positions. Long term development of employees is an afterthought most of the time.
