EBITDA and outside departments are factors in your evaluation despite top performance. Care more about your pedigree than your experience; cannot retain best workers. Evaluations do not accurately describe your performance. Salary and bonuses based on your number pay scale and job title. Cannot manage without a college degree despite your experience.
