The pay is literally the only reason to work there.
Cons
Poor work conditions, poor air quality, poor management, safety first is the slogan but that only applies as long as it doesn’t get in the way of production. Do not expect anything for hard work except more work. Lazy and bad employees are rewarded with less work and a blind eye.
