      Good to excellent pay, benefits. Supplied tools and ppe including boots. Management open to process improvements.

      Cons

      Dirty, hot, high risk environment. 12 hour continental shifts wear you down. Typical workplace complaints of underperforming employees shifting work to performing employees.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
