Pros
Pay check and co-worker is now my supervisor. Process of elimination worked well for me, not so much for the Fab 5 Managers that got the Axe in Dec. New employees have no clue about historical rolling lay-offs.
Cons
Company has been in decline for several years, numerous changes at top level of management ..Many of them fled to Nucor, US Steel , Commerical metals... Rolling lay-offs and outsourcing rampant. Terrible front- line Shared Service management ....
