      lots of trips, meals, celebrations, retirements,

      Cons

      Owners try to run US steel mills like they do in Brazil, lead ship can work on this a lot, and no non Brazilian MS managers. Have to stand up for your self or they will work you to death for little pay.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
