      Pros

      - Good people - Everyone will say they can’t find another job like this that pays well for what they do - They invest a lot in MA/G.Future program and those that take initiative for continuous development/learning - A lot of opportunities to travel

      Cons

      - No pride - Low morale - Missing gaps in management/leadership - Overworked and undervalued members - Very poor work life balance - Everyone complains about everything

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
