      Worn out equipment. Supervision lacking. Not knowing if you'll work 8,12, or 16 hrs a day.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
