      Salary for initial positions is not competitive Human Resource are meanless Culture to glorify the big boss (kind of normal in business, but to much in Gerdau)

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
