      Pros

      Great people and great working environment.

      Cons

      Favoritism is big within Gerdau. If you are not within the click, you are wasting your time. Leaders are not developed within the people they lead. Instead they are appointed by corporate people who do not live the local reality

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
