      Millwright that is responsible for all aspects of mechanical plant maintenance and reliability. This includes welding ,piping system ,pumps, conveyors, drive systems, hammer mills , ,rigging and crane operation,

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
