      Great people to work with. Good work is recognized with fairly common or substantial pay increases.

      Like most engineering type jobs the cap is achieved rather quickly with no where to go.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
