The biggest challenge of working here is having a life outside of here.They want you here 24/7 and they don''t care if you are married, have children or not. No paid holidays off except Christmas day and New Years day. Just plan on being there the other 363 days of the year. They tell you that they have paid holidays, which is true. But they schedule you to work almost all of them. Too many other cons to list here.
