      Pay is good, hours are horrible. Monthly incentive is a nice gift each month for your hard work!!!

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
