      This company treats you like dirt, you have no opinion that counts. Their attitude is,"if you don't like it, quit.. We have a line at the gate waiting to work."

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
