      Pay grades if you’re a new guy.

      Pay grades makes the guys just walking through The door make just as much as the guys who have been doing the job for much longer.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
