      Pros

      Very good pay and insurance for the areas. Numerous ways to get involved and help to change things.

      Cons

      Supervisors(Facilitators) are still in the mix too much. You still place the outcome on them.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
