      Pay, benefits, work environment and comradary

      Cons

      Poor management. Claim safety is first but only if it doesn’t effect production. No work/slide balance. Required to work lots of overtime.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
