      Company has redirected it's focus and neglected the smaller parts of it's business which portrays the image that they do not care about everyone.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
