      Pros

      We can write problems and solutions on a wall and watch soccer. Close to the mall.

      Cons

      Many talented IT staff have left the company as Tampa IT Leadership do not trust their people and will micromanage or isolate themselves away from others to avoid their people. No balance. Everyone is asking who is next and actively looking elsewhere. Everyone. Deflating.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
