Pros
lots of training opportunities for new graduates, had the ability to work on a lot of cool projects and be highly involved in things you are interested in, really working to improve work life balance and attract younger talent for succession of hte retiring workforce
Cons
sometimes very disorganized, challenges rolling out the same initiatives to all facilities well, still a very top driven organization so it challenging to get things done sometimes due to approval process
