      The Pay is really good Safety is a high priority Gerdau is a 100 year old company that is still growing If you have an education and are motivate you can move up quickly

      Cons

      Work environment, its a steel mill so you will get dirty. The pay makes up for the fact that its a steel mill

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
