      Great vision for talent and people. Great compensation. Great work life balance. Vacation and time off are best in the business

      Cons

      Complicated structure. Not diverse. Sales is controlled by outside sources. Management seems to favor certain individuals. High turnover makes it hard to get stable.

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
