      Pros

      Benefits were top notch, and even though it has come down a step in recent years, it's still better compared to most.

      Cons

      Poor culture. Company does not know how to retain talent.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
