      Pros

      Good salary. You can make decisions with too much red tap for small projects.

      Cons

      Dirty, hot, can be dangerous. Company is struggling financially and is currently reducing headcount. Everyone can make the own decisions on small projects which can cause headaches for everyone.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
