      heavy industry, steel proud, some good people

      there are lot of changes and re-structuring in the past few years, people is being laid off through out the organizations, due to worldwide over-capacity in steel industry.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
